Light and subtle pathways along which the eye moves in a pendular motion, in a rhythm marked by fullness and emptiness, by volumes, convexities, and concavities.<br \/>How she manages to render this material so ethereal is almost an alchemical secret, yet terracotta transforms into a veil and literally transcends the condition of two-dimensionality. In her wall sculptures, Silvia weaves together playfulness, rhythm, poetry, and lightness.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhite\u201d is the name of the series that gives the exhibition its title.
